Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Logistics still runs on phone calls, email threads, and spreadsheets. We delegate that work to digital workers — autonomous agents that run procurement, dispatching, negotiation, tracking, and back-office operations for carriers, shippers, 3PLs, and forwarders across Europe, the US, and the Caspian region. They don't replace the people doing the work. They give them superpowers.
We're looking for a Head of Content to build our content function from the ground up and make Cargofy the definitive voice in AI for logistics.
About the role
Fewer than 6% of logistics companies use AI today. We're creating the category that changes that, and the company that owns the narrative owns the category. You'll build the engine that educates the market, earns trust, and turns content into qualified pipeline.
The function runs on two motions.
Executive voice. Make our founders and operators the most-followed names in logistics tech. You'll build the voice profiles, ICP messaging, content pillars, and hook library, then ship a steady weekly cadence per executive — product, industry, and founder narratives — backed by lead magnets that travel and convert. Bottom-of-funnel content disguised as thought leadership.
Launches and narrative. Run every product launch as a coordinated campaign, not a changelog entry. One launch ships across blog, video, email, in-product, paid, PR, and sales enablement at once, with a clear owner and tier. Around it, the always-on streams: product, market insight, events, company news, customer stories, and the story of how we build.
You'll run this with AI and a lean contractor network, not a large in-house desk — the way a company that sells digital workers should.
In this role, you will
- Build the content system end to end: pillars, editorial calendar, a repurposing engine, and a content library so one asset becomes ten and nothing starts from a blank page
- Own the channel mix — LinkedIn (company and executive), X, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and multilingual publishing on cargofy.com — each with its own pillars, formats, and cadence
- Stand up executive publishing at scale: voice, pillars, and a pipeline that ships consistently every week
- Run product launches as campaigns across every channel, owning messaging from positioning to sales enablement
- Drive organic growth through SEO and answer-engine optimization, so Cargofy ranks on search and surfaces in AI answers
- Produce the demand content that closes deals — customer case studies with real ROI, comparison guides, an ROI calculator, and lifecycle email
- Orchestrate an AI and contractor stack (video, design, SEO/AEO, copy, production) and tie everything you ship back to pipeline

- Cargofy is the first source the industry reaches for on AI in logistics, with qualified inbound from ICP every month
- Organic traffic up 3x+ in twelve months, ranking on high-intent keywords and appearing in AI search
- Content attributed to 20%+ of qualified pipeline
- Our founders and execs are among the most-followed voices in the category
- A real cadence holds: weekly executive posts, regular SEO publishing, monthly long-form, every launch across every channel, a monthly digest, and a quarterly webinar
You might be a great fit if you
- Have 5–8+ years in B2B content, with 2+ leading a function
- Have built a content engine from zero at a growth-stage company
- Write exceptional English — a sharp LinkedIn hook and a board-ready narrative come equally easily; Ukrainian is a plus
- Work with AI tooling daily and know exactly where it helps and where it breaks
- Go deep on SEO, distribution, and demand generation, and ideally AEO
- Measure content by pipeline, not vanity metrics
- Bring logistics, supply chain, or AI experience (a strong plus, not a requirement)
