1. Site Operator

The Site is operated by Cargofy Inc. ("Cargofy", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Ukraine, with offices in Kyiv (Ukraine), Warsaw (Poland), and Houston (USA). The Site hosts job openings and processes applications for positions at Cargofy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements in your jurisdiction to use this Site and submit applications.

3. Use of the Site

The Site allows you to browse open positions and submit job applications. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your application. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit applications on behalf of others without their consent.

When you submit an application, we collect personal information including your name, email, phone number, resume, and any additional information you provide. This data is processed solely for recruitment purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cargofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. For users in the United States, any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
