Head of Sales

Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.
We need a Head of Sales to build and lead a high-performance sales organization that consistently exceeds targets. You will create the playbooks, hire the team, and close the deals that define Cargofy growth trajectory.
Why This Role Exists Now
Cargofy sells itself in demos — conversion is strong, and customers love the product. But we have not yet built the sales machine that matches the size of the opportunity. We need a sales leader who can turn strong product-market fit into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.
What Winning Looks Like
- Sales team consistently hitting or exceeding quarterly ARR targets
- Repeatable, documented playbooks for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
- Win rates improving quarter over quarter with clear competitive intelligence
- Pipeline forecasting accuracy within 10% using Odoo CRM
- Sales cycle optimization — shorter time-to-close, higher average deal size
What You Will Own
- Sales team — hire, train, and lead SDRs, Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers
- Sales process — qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC or similar), demo methodology, proposal templates, negotiation playbooks
- Revenue targets — monthly and quarterly new ARR, tracked and forecasted in Odoo CRM
- Enterprise motion — multi-threading into large accounts, executive engagement, POCs, and pilot-to-production conversions
- Sales enablement — demo scripts, battle cards, objection handling, competitive positioning, ROI calculators
- Sales operations — Odoo CRM pipeline management, deal stage definitions, reporting dashboards, lead routing
Who You Are
- 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years leading and hiring sales teams
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets — you have the numbers
- Experience across SMB velocity deals and enterprise consultative sales
- Builder mentality — you have created sales processes from scratch, not just inherited them
- Proficient with CRM systems — Odoo CRM experience is a plus
- Logistics, freight, or supply chain technology experience is a strong advantage
