Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.

We need a Recruitment Manager to own the hiring pipeline end-to-end — from sourcing to close. You will be the person who ensures Cargofy hires A-players fast, using a combination of AI-powered recruiting tools and hands-on candidate assessment.

What You Will Do

  • Review and validate candidates scored by our AI recruiting tools — confirm quality, fit, and readiness
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, motivation, culture fit, and leadership potential
  • Make go/no-go decisions on candidates before they reach hiring managers
  • Improve AI recruiter workflows — provide feedback loops on scoring accuracy, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates
  • Own the full hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, interview, offer, close, onboarding handoff
  • Keep hiring data accurate and actionable in our recruiting systems and Odoo
  • Partner with HR on smooth onboarding for every new hire
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles before positions open

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally at a SaaS or tech startup
  • Strong at structured interviewing and candidate assessment (Who method, scorecard-based evaluation)
  • Comfortable working alongside AI recruiting tools — you see AI as a force multiplier, not a threat
  • Organized, decisive, and outcome-driven — you track metrics and optimize processes
  • Excellent communicator with both candidates and hiring managers at all levels
  • Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, data) is a strong plus
