Head of Revenue

Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.
We need a Head of Revenue to own the complete revenue engine — new business, expansion, partnerships, and revenue operations. You will build the organization and processes that take Cargofy from current ARR to $30M+ predictably and efficiently.

Product-market fit is proven. Customers adopt, retain, and expand. The next chapter is building a predictable, scalable revenue organization. We need a revenue leader who can architect the go-to-market machine from first touch to renewal.

- Revenue team built across Sales, Account Management, and RevOps
What You Will Own
- New ARR — bookings targets across US, EU, and Asia with segment-specific playbooks
- Expansion revenue — upsells, cross-sells, plan upgrades, and usage-based growth within existing accounts
- Partnerships and channels — ERP/TMS/ELD alliance revenue, channel partner programs
- Revenue operations — Odoo CRM architecture (deal stages, lead scoring, forecasting models), pipeline analytics, sales enablement tools
- Team — hire, train, and lead Sales, Account Management, SDR, and RevOps teams
- Pricing and packaging — pricing strategy, plan structure, and competitive positioning
Who You Are
- 7-12+ years leading B2B SaaS revenue teams, with experience scaling from $5M to $30M+ ARR
- Strong across SMB velocity sales, Mid-Market consultative sales, and Enterprise complex deals
- Expert in forecasting, revenue operations, and CRM architecture (Odoo CRM experience is a plus)
- Operator mindset — process-first, data-driven, systems-oriented
- Experience building and leading multi-geo, multi-segment revenue organizations
- Logistics, freight, or AI SaaS experience is a meaningful plus
