Frontend Engineer (Vue.js)

Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.

We need a Frontend Engineer (Vue.js) to own the interfaces that thousands of carriers, shippers, and logistics operators use every day — from real-time dispatch dashboards to AI agent control panels and mobile apps.

Our AI agents are powerful, but they need world-class interfaces. You will build the UX layer that makes autonomous logistics accessible, trustworthy, and delightful — from web dashboards to native mobile apps used by 5,000+ truck drivers daily.

What You Will Do

• Build and ship full-featured SPAs using Vue.js and the Quasar Framework
• Develop real-time dashboards, AI agent interfaces, and operational tools for carriers and shippers
• Architect scalable single-page applications from scratch — component design, state management, routing
• Package native mobile apps for iOS and Android using CapacitorJS
• Integrate with REST APIs and real-time WebSocket connections
• Optimize frontend performance for high-frequency data updates (live tracking, rate changes, load status)
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ship features end-to-end

Tech Stack

• Vue.js 3 (Composition API), Quasar Framework, TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS, Inertia.js
• CapacitorJS for native mobile (iOS/Android)
• Vite, Git, REST APIs, WebSockets

Who You Are

• 3+ years of production Vue.js experience (Quasar experience is a strong plus)
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
• High attention to detail — pixel-perfect implementation and smooth interactions matter to you
• Ownership mindset — you take features from design to production and care about the outcome
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with OKR-driven goals
