Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.
We need a Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance across our multi-entity structure (US, EU, Ukraine).

What You Will Own
- Operations and reporting — monthly close, P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, AP/AR, multi-entity accounting in Odoo ERP and QuickBooks
- Budgeting — annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, departmental spend tracking and variance analysis
- Compliance and tax — Ukrainian tax regulations, audit coordination, payroll processing, statutory reporting
- Systems and automation — manage and optimize Odoo ERP workflows (invoicing, purchasing, accounting modules), QuickBooks for US entity, build reporting automation and dashboards
- Vendor and contractor management — payment processing, contract tracking, multi-currency settlements
Who You Are
- 3-7 years in finance or accounting, preferably in a tech or SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Proficient with Odoo ERP (accounting, invoicing, purchasing modules) and QuickBooks
- Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
- English intermediate+ (working with international team and auditors)
- Based in Kalynivka or Kyiv
