Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.
We need a Head of Partnerships to build the ecosystem that makes Cargofy essential to the global logistics technology stack. You will create and scale partnerships that drive distribution, deepen our product moat, and generate revenue.
Why This Role Exists Now
Cargofy integrates with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle), TMS platforms, and ELD providers. Every integration deepens our moat. Every partnership creates non-linear distribution. We need a leader who can turn these integration points into a strategic partnership program.

- Live, production integrations with 5+ major logistics technology platforms
- Partner-sourced pipeline growing quarter over quarter — measurable in Odoo CRM
- Enablement program operational: partner tiering, technical training, co-marketing playbooks
- Strategic alliances generating co-selling opportunities and joint customer wins
What You Will Own
- Technology partnerships — integrations with ERP (Odoo, SAP, Oracle), TMS (MercuryGate, TMW, McLeod), ELD (Samsara, KeepTruckin), and load board platforms
- Channel and reseller — system integrators, VARs, consulting firms — build enablement and incentive programs
- Strategic alliances — industry associations, co-marketing agreements, revenue-sharing models
- Partnership operations — build the playbook, define metrics, create partner portal, track attribution in Odoo CRM
- Technical coordination — work with Engineering to prioritize and deliver integration roadmap
Who You Are
- 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS partnerships, business development, or alliances
- Built partnership programs that drove measurable, attributable revenue
- Strong network in logistics, supply chain, or freight technology
- Excellent negotiator — comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Technical enough to discuss APIs, data models, and integration architecture
- Experience working with ERP ecosystems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus
