Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.
We need a Head of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up — brand, positioning, campaigns, events, and demand generation across all markets and customer segments.

We have outgrown scrappy founder-led marketing. The market is ready for a category leader, and we need someone who can own the narrative, build the team, and drive brand equity that converts into pipeline and revenue.

What You Will Own
- Marketing strategy — annual plan, multi-channel execution, budget allocation and ROI tracking
- Brand and positioning — identity, voice, visual consistency, narrative across carrier, shipper, and 3PL segments
- Demand generation — partner with Growth and Sales to drive pipeline through inbound, ABM, events, and paid channels
- Marketing operations — tech stack management, Odoo CRM integration for lead tracking, reporting, spend optimization
- Segment positioning — tailored messaging for carriers, shippers, 3PLs, and enterprise accounts across different geographies
- Events and PR — conference strategy, media relations, analyst briefings, awards
Who You Are
- 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally built the function at a growth-stage startup
- Strong brand instinct combined with data-driven execution — you measure everything
- Excellent writer and communicator in English
- Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and execute tactically when needed
- Experience with CRM-integrated marketing workflows (Odoo CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
- Logistics, supply chain, or freight tech experience is a strong plus
