Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia. Our platform processes 100,000+ loads per day and hundreds of thousands of real-time events — replacing manual logistics with fully autonomous AI.

We need a Head of Growth to own the entire demand generation engine and position Cargofy as the category leader in AI logistics. You will build the machine that turns market awareness into qualified pipeline — reporting directly to the CEO.

Why This Role Exists Now

Our product sells. Our customers stay and expand. But we have not yet built the demand gen machine that matches our ambition. You will own pipeline generation, brand, content, and growth ops — and build the team to scale it.

  • Repeatable, measurable growth playbook across inbound, ABM, content, events, partnerships, and paid
  • Growth team built and operating: Content, Lead Gen, SMM, Growth Ops
  • Full-funnel attribution in place using Odoo CRM and analytics infrastructure

What You Will Own

  • Pipeline generation — multi-channel campaigns with full-funnel attribution, from first touch to closed-won in Odoo CRM
  • Brand and category leadership — PR, thought leadership content, conference strategy, industry awards
  • Growth operations — funnels, landing pages, email sequences, nurture flows, conversion optimization
  • Team building — hire and lead Content, Lead Generation, SMM, and Growth Operations talent
  • Sales alignment — ICP definition, messaging frameworks, lead scoring in Odoo CRM, pipeline handoff processes
  • Analytics — CAC by channel, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, campaign ROI

Who You Are

  • 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, with team leadership experience
  • Deep across content marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, ABM, and product-led growth
  • Data-native: you live in attribution models, CAC analysis, LTV calculations, and conversion funnels
  • Strong writer and storyteller — you can craft a narrative that moves markets
  • Built and hired marketing/growth teams from scratch
  • Logistics or freight tech experience is a significant plus
